you can only make it to some of the classes the price is the same because that's the
set price for the class ... When we allow drop ins, which only lends itself to some
classes, the rate would be higher as there would be no discount...so it would come out
to pretty much the same price.
If you miss a class after you paid for the month, there is no refund, credit, or carryover
to another class.
IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL/POSTPONE due to weather:
If we have to cancel a class due to snow or inclement weather or anything else that
may be a safety issue.... THERE WILL BE A MAKEUP CLASS or you will receive
credit for that class toward another class if we cannot do the makeup class within a
reasonable amount of time.... there is no refund of money.
IF WE CANCEL/POSTPONE THE WHOLE CLASS:
If a whole group class is taken off the calendar due to low enrollment you will receive
FULL CREDIT for when that class runs again or toward any other class of your
choosing.... there is no refund of money.
PRIVATE LESSONS and PRIVATE GROUP LESSONS POLICY
Our Cancellation Policies for Private classes are very similar to that of
Lessons must be paid for 1 week before start of lesson, and this applies to Create-a-
Class (private group classes) also.
In the case of packages (more than 1 lesson), ½ must be paid one week before your
first lesson, with the balance being paid the night of the first lesson.
If you need to Cancel your lesson (private as well as group)
If your lesson is SCHEDULED for after 6:00 p.m.,
you must cancel by 6:00 p.m. the night before to receive full credit
or by 8 a.m. the morning of your lesson to receive partial credit.
If you cancel after 8:00 a.m. day of your lesson it will be considered as “taken”.
If you have a SCHEDULED daytime lesson…
you must cancel at least 24 hours before your lesson begins to receive full credit,
if you cancel the day before within the 24 hours you will receive partial credit,
if you cancel day of your scheduled lesson, it will be considered as “taken”..
There is NO refund, credit, or carryover to another event for tickets purchased,
unless WE CANCEL for some reason. You receive a discount for buying your
ticket early; however, if your circumstances change and you no longer wish to
attend an event, we do not buy the tickets back or give you credit... but you're
always welcome to sell them to someone else.
Having tickets sold early helps us establish a base headcount.

Under very unusual circumstances we may extend partial credit, it's a risk you
